CALL FOR MODERATORS AND FACILITATORS 

 

Thank you for your registration to the 12th Annual Reconciliation in America National Symposium.  With more than 800 people registered to attend the Symposium, we are looking forward to full rooms and lots of interaction.  We need more moderators and facilitators!  With this great number of registrants, we have a need from each of you as great educators to be moderators or facilitators.

ROLE DESCRIPTIONS

​

Moderator:

• Guiding sessions by establishing a friendly atmosphere in the room

• Guiding sessions by making the speakers and attendees feel welcome

• Guiding sessions by:

  • ​Ensuring rooms are set up in advance

  • Taking notes 

  • Ensuring that events begin and end on time

  • Pointing attendees to session surveys

​

Facilitator:

• Guiding session attendees in making personal connections from Keynote Speaker discussions

• Guiding session attendees in establishing action plans for reconciliation

  • Guiding session attendees in creating SMART goals for reconciliation

​
